New footage of a recent violent incident in front of the red lion bar in champaign, thanks to
C-U Citizen Access, which obtained the video from a freedom of information act request.

Police say a woman punched a man who was working security at the campus bar. The police description says he quote "took the female to the ground, creating lacerations to the female's head." As we see in the video, patrons of the bar and other security began to crowd around the entrance and emergency services were called. The woman was then transported to a local hospital for treatment.
